An alternative version of a tank developed as part of the CCVM (Close Combat Vehicle Medium) project. The engineers proposed mounting an improved gun and replacing the gas-diesel engine with a gas one. The more powerful motor made it possible to enhance the armor, which allowed for a new hull and turret. However, following prototype trials the vehicle did not enter mass production.
